"Everything was fine. We had no hand soap in out room when arriving but housekeeping was quick and happy to respond. Breakfast can be approved on if there were any faults. "

"I did not love you recent stay for a number of reasons. First, the customer service was poor. Rarely, when I passed by the front desk was there anyone present. I had to wait a while to check in because nobody was around. At least twice the front desk clerk was outside the building smoking cigarettes. Second, the gym was very disappointing. It was way too small and have very little equipment. Third, the wifi didn't work well in my room nor the gym. Fourth, the shower didn't have full glass doors, so water got on the bathroom floor each time I showered. Finally, the air-conditioning unit it the room was too noisy. "
