"Great place to stay for the time we were in Zanesville area. Great location right near I-70. Clean facility, lots of room. Met the owner while we were there. He’s a really nice guy."

"Quaint little house. Nothing fancy but comfortable. Had a little musty smell. We opened the windows to let it air out but a small dehumidifier would help eliminate this issue. Just a few minutes from River Greens Golf Course. Walking distance to Rainbow Hills which is a nice little restaurant and brewery/winery. Short drive to Historic Roscoe Village which has lots of little shops, restaurants, and art galleries. Would stay here again. "
