"We had a good stay, room waa very large, unfortunitly it was at the roof top of heating and ac elements,so noisey and doors close hard and quick if not held onto so we heard a lot of slamming doors. Room needs renovating, old furniture that is falling apart and wood chipped. Shower wall had a pourly done repair to it. Shower wall was patched and caulking it turning color. Ceiling must of had a leak and repair waa done poorly. We are in the construction field,so we see these things. Floor had some chip and waa dirty upon arrival and sink stopper didnt stay open so water filled constantly. Elevators,only 1 working and it smelled horrible to the point i got nauseas everytime taking the only one operating. Employees all seemed kind"

"Every single staff member, from the front desk staff, housekeeping team, and breakfast staff, were so incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was perfectly clean and in great condition."

"The front desk staff were super attentive and friendly. The room was very clean. I didn’t visit the breakfast myself, but my family member brought fruit back to the room for me that was all fresh. I stayed on a floor that the ice machine was broken but I was able to travel to another floor to get ice. "

"The fire alarm went off the night we stayed because someone was smoking in their room. They let us back in after a little bit we finally got settled into bed around 11pm and they went off again (to reset the system which would have been nice if they called the rooms to let people know it was going to go off again) Since we didn't know that my kids woke back up scared. The redeeming quality in all this experience was the Overnight manager. She was very calm and kind and settled us all down especially my son who was terrified and didn't want to stay at that point. They did end up refunding our stay without any issues."
