A few small maintenance issues, like the showers kept seeming to clog which meant there was often only one available on our floor - but this was probably the extent of our issues. "Good common space and kitchen. No staff to check you in, response time is okay. I was assigned the top bunk bed and the one concern I had was that the top bunk bed frame was very loose and the ladder was wobbly (likely from the strain of regular use) and it felt dangerous to climb up and down."
