« The Islands Resort was ok. Beautiful golf course, clean common spaces, very friendly staff. The room we stayed in was clean, but very outdated and had paint chipping off the walls. We knew the spa was closed prior to coming. We did not know that their upscale restaurant was also closed prior to coming. « This is such a cute and cozy little house. All amenities work as described. The heat and air conditioning function very well. The house is very clean with a comfortable little living room with a nice big screen TV.This is a remodeled lovely old home in a safe neighborhood. Rooms are small but definitely functional. « Unfortunately the cleaning staff did not have rooms and cabins available for check-in and many guests were delayed check in on the forth of July weekend for 3-4 hours. The front desk clerk Working was left on her own by all other staff to navigate some angry and unreasonable guests, not fair to her as she had no answers or management on site and no control over the fact that the cleaning staff didn’t show up and we’re not answering their phones. « Everyone was friendly. Called ahead to check amenities to which I was very mislead. Reservation fee was removed for inconvenience.Rooms are very tight and not enough room for storage. Closet is in bathroom?!. Large amounts of light comes in through bathroom door, entry door and through all windows making room very bright at night. My bed was extremely saggy. « This hotel is adorable, and there is so much to do! My only complaint was with the cleaning crew, who seemed to have missed our room; the complimentary water bottles were missing when we arrived, and there were a few small piles of dirt in the corners.
