"We always stay here when we come to Watford and wouldn’t stay anywhere else! The staff were helpful and kind, the rooms were immaculate and the buffet breakfast was delicious. There was plenty of food anvailable and lots of choice. Can’t fault it at all! "

The reception personnel staff member that we met is a credit to this hotel in Harrow. He really understands people and is a role model in this industry. Apart from that the cleaners did a great basic refresh of room Needs a deep deep clean and a few other improvements but fine if you need a quick cheap stay "
