« Loved the fireplaces (although didn't use them in July) and the overall ambiance. Very clean property; the staff was more than helpful. Breakfast was a bit meh, but I found food I could enjoy (I don't eat waffles as a rule). Felt safe and secure and comfortable, which is what is important for me as a single woman traveler. »

« I really enjoyed my stay. The room was comfortable, clean and kept. I had a great view of Lake Bemidji but unfortunately it rained most of the time I was there but the view was amazing when the rain cleared. People were very friendly and bars turned out to be a local hangout for people in the area which added a homey feel. I don’t frequent bars but theirs were welcoming. Everyone was very friendly.
