« Horrible experience on multiple levels of service. We asked for clean bed sheets and the desk manager told us no, bed sheets are only offered to be changed every other day. We will never stay there again. We frequent the Schaumburg area and are deep disappointed with the quality of the service, I have multiple photographs of chipped paint and damage to the room we stayed in that was prior to our arrival. The ac unit was leaking. The ice machine even down the hall sounded like a freight train....
