We understood there would be noise from the street due to location but did not expect the linen service people to deliver middle of night / early morning, slamming doors, shouting to one another down the hallway as they dropped off clean linen to the closet at the end of the hall. "The apartments, which have a lift, are located perfectly in walking distance to most of the city centre's historic attractions. Our apartment on the 4th floor (4A) was spacious, decorated in a modern style with a good shower and contained all you need for a short stay. The bed sheets and linen were made from quality cotton and both bed linen and towels were changed on day 2 of our 4 day stay. On arrival, we found that the kettle wasn't working. A quick text to Reception and it was replaced...
