"Parking was supposed to be free and then when you get there, parking in front is free but it is always full and they charge you to parking in their garage. This is not truthful, I don't appreciate this. Overall an excellent hotel, high quality service. Bed was amazing and the food was great too. Lovely staff. I just did not appreciate charging me for parking when my booking includes parking "

"We had a good overall stay. The room was nice & clean, but there were a couple of shortfalls: you couldn't open the room window for fresh air & ventilation and the room temperature controls wouldn't seem to work so it was slightly chilly in the room during the night. Other than this all good, nice selection of foods for breakfast. Thanks"

"Lights are automatic and do not turn on when you come in the room. You have to call the front desk then wait. Soap is tiny. Farther than I thought from city center. It cost $50 to take a cab there today. Bed is comfortable.safe in room did not work, did not complain about anything except lights due to short time - 2 nights. Lights were not fixed"

On the second day we requested if we can move which we did and this time/second room the shower was full of lime scale and when you turn it it on the water goes all over the toilet plus we didn’t had phone to call room service. "This hotel was perfectly adequate for our needs. Conveniently located next to the metro and only 15-20 minutes to the centre of Milan. It wasn't fancy, and the area the hotel was in wasn't the best, but if you need a clean little hotel, this should be up on your list!"

"The property on the website is very misleading. It's basically providing services as a motel and a hotel. So if you were to choose an economy room you are simply living in a motel. I was under the impression that I will be getting a hotel room but instead I was lodging in an area which is outside the main hotel building and reception. Something which I was not comfortable with.
