"Just Kevin was perfect for us, only drawback was a very small bathroom. The location couldn't have been better, only 5 miles to Mackinaw City and the ferry to Mackinac Island,and very close to Cheboygan too. View of the lake was beautiful and we spent a lot of time sitting on the swing down by the water. House was very friendly and accommodating and a wealth of information and things to seem to in the area. Would definitely stay again but would out for one of the other rooms with a bigger...

"Small, cute and lovely simply decorated clean 2 beds. no view (small window facing the roof). Beds could use a bit more cushion, and better fluffy pillows. TV & fridge in room.coffee maker. No microwave. Awesome view from main entry of hotel w rocking chairs at covered porch. "

"The hotel is outdated but it is clean and well-maintained. The staff members are warm and accommodating, especially Tina at the front desk. The breakfast buffet has adequate options which are delicious (waffles, omelets, sausages. etc.). The hotel is close to the Shepler's Mackinac Island Ferry and a shuttle bus takes you there for free. I would recommend staying at this hotel. "
