"Excellent services and very friendly staff. The rooms are clean and well laid out. Very easily accessible from Charing Cross Station. Lovely bar and restaurant on site. If you like an afternoon tea this is really good."

"Overall, a great stay, and I was impressed by the size of the room and the dining hall as as well as the breakfast buffet selection. The location was great for me because it was only a 15 minute walk to the convention center. The entire facility was very clean. The breakfast buffet was exceptional with great variety - fish, meat, vegetables, fruit, bread, oats. I really enjoyed it."

"It was a lot of confusion when I paid an extra 40 lbs to check in early but didn’t get too, so after arguing with them we did get in around 1130. Rooms are really small and so is the shower! I feel like we got put in a crappy room because we argued with them and ask to speak to the manager! The outside is beautiful and the restaurant inside Wes very good so no complaints other than the check in process!! I would stay again!!"
