"The property is positioned well for scenic views. However, traffic for a public lookout is a big problem around sunset, so plan accordingly because we were stuck in traffic for 30 mins. They have weddings constantly which prevents hotel patrons from using the property lookout which was part of the reason I booked here. The hotel grounds are pretty, clean, and the amenities are great. The hotel staff at check in weee could have been friendlier and more helpful though. The Lodge does provide a free shuttle within a 5 mile radius which is useful since parking is a problem. Larry is the driver and he is very friendly and helpful. They do not have a restaurant but a food truck which offers burgers, pizza and alcoholic drinks and the people there weee friendly and helpful. Overall, a good option with great views, just be mindful of weddings and traffic!"

"We have frequented this property and its sister resorts during our travels, consistently enjoying the high standards of cleanliness and the professional service provided by the staff. During our recent check-out, we encountered an issue with our vehicle and required a jump start. Despite the high temperatures and the presence of our infant, the front desk team responded to our request. Although there was a brief wait, we understood that the staff member assisting us was occupied with other duties, and we appreciated his friendly and helpful demeanor. We highly recommend this resort and look forward to returning for an extended stay to fully utilize the available amenities."

"A beautiful hotel/casino! The rooms are spacious and the bathroom was huge with 2 sinks. GREAT SHOWER! Restaurants of all levels to choose from in the building! Housekeeping ladies were very friendly and accommodating! We loved our 3 night stay!! The free breakfast buffet was very good! We were glad we stayed here rather than in Flagstaff. One day we drove to Sunset Crater and Wupatki; it was a beautiful drive with the Painted Desert in the distance.. Take drinks and snacks with you! We would definitely recommend TWIN ARROWS!’"
