"Unfortunately the Room wasn't cleaned Good at all! Someone's Jacket was hanging in closet, the tub had hairs on the shelf, Toilet had skid mark in back of seat&No washrags!! Very Disappointed This time I stayed seemed farther down the Hall u went the Worse it Seemed Sad with Such A Beautiful View!! Plus the Crane game ripped us of Multiple times! "

"Description misleading as no bed was located in room except pull out couch, horribly uncomfortable Rooms need updating. Jetted tub was ok after maintenance fixed, but water was not very hot Will not stay again "

"WiFi didn’t work our entire stay! The heat would not go above 64 degrees! We paid for full breakfast- we were denied , they stated we didn’t have the added as an extra even tho I showed screen shots of my complete booking and the 35.00 per person charge!! Not to mention room service kept disturbing us all throughout the night, accidentally 4 times came to our room and knocked on the door at 10:30/ 12:30/ 5 am WAKING UP MY SICK ONE YEAR OLD… asking if we need ice bags/towels/ and pillow cases!! Not to mention the hot tub was never available due to over crowding, and low water levels… our cards wouldn’t would in the elevator and the front desk assistant told us to TRY AGAIN.. I’m sure you are not properly doing it. Go try again and we can see what we can do!!! Ummm no can you PMEASE HELP ME.. it’s 8:30pm and I’m trying to sleep. Over all it was a horrible stay.. not to mention the WIFI NEVER WORKED! Which means no relaxation to settle down with the kiddos in the evening!! "
