*Please note the apartment, VRBO #2288930, is attached to the Main House which is occupied during your stay. Advertised rates are for up to 8 people, please note an extra person fee applies up to 12 maximum occupancy. A $250 cleaning fee will be applied to less than a week bookings.
A $140 pet fee (per pet) will be applied to all approved pets.

Bedroom with King bed and water views (this room is currently pictured as having two orange metal frame beds, but has recently been improved). Bedroom with Twin beds. Full Bath with tiled shower off hall.
THIRD FLOOR: Large Bedroom with King bed and water views. Private Full Bath with tub and shower (not renovated). Children's Bedroom with Single bed and water views. Full Bath with combined tub and shower. Children's Bedroom with Twins and water views.

OUTDOOR SPACES: Across to the front and overlooking the water, lovely sunny deck, half of which is covered.

GUEST APARTMENT: Potentially available for an additional fee, an attached guest apartment adding 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms for an additional four people. Compact but efficient, the apartment enjoys a private entrance and private deck overlooking Smallidge Cove. Note that the apartment may or may not be occupied by the owners or other tenants during your stay.
