The Anchorage Hotel
8/10 Good
"I stayed here for only one night in a single room. The view from my window of the water was peaceful and, although facing the road, it was not a busy road. Unfortunately the bar was located directly below my room and the noise from there carried. Breakfast was adequate, with the dining room overlooking the water too. Despite the noisy bedroom, I'd choose to stay here again as it was conveniently situated."

"The hotel, staff and amenities were all as described. However, when in our room, we were disappointed tha we could hear TVs and general conversation from other rooms and also the corridors. This would not put us off stayling in this otherwise lovely hotel, in a great location, again. A last minor comment, the spa was great but the foot spas were cold as was the Himalayan Salt room. Only mentioning so that these things can be addressed, they were relatively minor points. Thanks for a great stay."

"Nice upgrade to a sea view room as it is my birthday. Enjoyed our stay, the only thing was the shower was not very powerful so coukdnt wash my hair and no shower head only the small attachment that usually comes with the shower!"

"This is a lovely hotel in beautiful Betws-y-coed in the heart of Snowdonia. We have stayed at this hotel many times, as the lodges are very clean, comfortable and to a high standard of comfort. The staff are always very pleasant and happy to help and the breakfast is very plentiful and delicious"

"Worked out well for our one night visit! Very walkable area to everything in town. Really nice bar downstairs. Room was good size and quiet. Would come back here again. Free parking was a big plus."
