"We enjoyed the hotel that we ended up staying longer than we originally had planned. It was lovely, well maintained and our bed was very comfortable. We used the spa a couple of times during our stay and would highly recommend it. Further, the breakfasts were fantastic, particularly the Irish breakfasts."

"The room was clean, comfortable and nice. The staff was amazing and very attentive. My one and only complaint, it was very loud outside my window with people partying until very late. Nothing to be done about it, but a heads up might have been nice"

"We had an executive king room facing the back which was perfect as it was quiet and we had glimpses of the castle. The room was spacious. The hotel is well located. We were able to park our car (parking was included) and just walk around to see the sights or go to restaurants. The staff were incredbly friendly and helpful. A special thank you to Vanessa at the front desk who gave us a few great travel tips and made check in so easy. Breakfast was deluxe. It was sit down service. High quality. We absolutely loved our stay here and highly recommend this hotel."
Midlands Park Hotel

"The meeting rooms are excellent, but having to pay for a room before you use it and will need coffees and or food throughout the day seems unreasonable to me. But room keys would not be handed over until the room was fully paid in advance, and then any refreshments throughout the day had to be paid for individually. I have been using meeting rooms throughout the 32 counties for over 25 years and have not been met with the attitude at the front desk on arrival. Disappointing, as the rooms and location are excellent"

"Easy parking, nice rooms, the restaurant on premise is great, the breakfast was fantastic, the only downside is no refrigerator in the hotel room, so if you're there for a long stay and want to keep snacks cold you won't be able to. The access to Dromoland's walkways was a real highlight and it's a great location for getting to the towns and villages around the area. We will definitely be staying here again, very happily!"
