My husband and I and teen daughter stayed here and would definitely go back. Its a new built, has everything you would need. The master bedroom was a very good size and had an ensuite bathroom, so essentially my teen daughter had the main bathroom to herself. We loved the location, walking distance to the wharf in North Rustico, bakery, restaurants. And driving distance to everything else. It is a newer property (less than 2 years old). Ver.y clean, easy to find. Nice neighbors. Nice to have garage, A/C and W/D. It is a 10 minute walk into the village, and no view of harbor… but we knew all that going in. For the price, it is an excellent value. Only real bad part was the beds. Spoke with PM. We loved the location as it was central to everything - ten minutes away from Green Gables, ten minutes from beaches, half an hour from Charlottetown. The house had comfortable furniture and was nicely decorated. The host was responsive to all my questions prior to checkin. And I had many of them. When we arrived we saw that the rental had not been freshened up. It was not dirty but we noticed towels on the floor and bed open. This was not the fault of the host, and he responded quickly and by the time we returned from the grocery store everything was all set. The host was super responsive in this situation. .
