This was a wonderful property! Kelly was personable and communication and response time were excellent. Easy access!! response time everything we needed was there. Very nicely decorated and so clean!!! So enjoyed our stay on the water, beautiful relaxing outdoor space. We used the kayaks and had a great time.

Super Great Stay
Even though this place is attached to the host's home it really doesn't feel like it. It is super cute and very private. The backyard space is so peaceful with the river running and nature everywhere. Kelly was a fantastic host. Very easy and prompt responses to any questions we had. Our only regret is that we ran out of time and didn't get to use the kayaks that Kelly had ready and waiting for us to use.

AMAZING
This place was by far the best place I have stayed at so far!!! The whole experience was just enjoyable!!! And my host was very assertive and responded right away if I had any questions everything was taken care of so nicely!! If I’m ever around that area again this will be the first place I look to book!!! I highly recommend this to anyone looking for a good place to stay!!!

Used this spot as a home base for a Tarpon charter in the pass about 25 minutes from the launch. Accommodations were perfect and simple just how I like on vacation. Felt safe in this neighborhood with secure parking.
