![This is a great location for a sunset shoot contrasting fish farms in rural Hong Kong with the built up city of Shenzhen.

To get there you can take the 76K bus from either Yuen Long of Sheung Shui, get off at Ho Sheung Heung then take the green mini bus 51B from around the corner to Ma Tso Lung Shun Yee San Tsuen. From there it's a 150m hike up the old road to the former police post. "Close to the MTR, Nathan Road, Ocean Center and the Star Ferry, overlooking the harbor in the heart of Tsim Sha Tsui, the Salisbury is by far the at best location in Kowloon and at about a quarter the price of the Peninsula next door. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are well furnished and immaculately maintained. But the best thing about the Salisbury the understated not in-your-face level of service provided by everyone from the doorman to the housekeepers to the concierge to the front desk receptionists. Yes I’ve stayed at other hotels over the years when I’ve been in Hong Kong on business but since I’ve retired I always come back to the Salisbury. "
