The master bedroom has a king bed which shares direct access to the bathroom which also has a hallway entry. The second bedroom has two twin beds and located beside the second bathroom. The living room has a queen sleeper sofa and is directly oceanfront with direct access to the corner balcony. This balcony is south facing. All condos are nonsmoking and do not allow for pets. All condos rent weekly (Saturday to Saturday) Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend every year. Linen and towels are included on weekly and daily rentals. The use of the pool, pool area, and grilling area are at your own risk. We regrouped in a hotel room overnight and found this condo on VRBO which was thankfully available the next day. On a Sunday morning, outside of business hours, North Shore Realty who manage the property, kindly offered us an early check in and upgraded our unit at no cost due to the elevator being out of service.
