Crescent Towers I - 604 Oceanfront Two Bedroom Condo

This condo is located on the corner so you have a larger view of the beach! The master bedroom has a king bed which shares direct access to the bathroom which also has a hallway entry. The second bedroom has two twin beds and located beside the second bathroom. The living room has a queen sleeper sofa and is directly oceanfront with direct access to the corner balcony. This balcony is south facing.

All condos are nonsmoking and do not allow for pets. All condos rent weekly (Saturday to Saturday) Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend every year. Linen and towels are included on weekly and daily rentals.

The use of the pool, pool area, and grilling area are at your own risk. By using the pool, pool area and/or grilling area, you agree to hold harmless the Crescent Towers I Homeowners Association, its Board of Directors, its Owners, its Property Manager, and its Certified Pool Operator.

Older unit with great view

This unit is an order one that shows its age. It could use a make over. We did think the location/view was great. Very close to beach and being a smaller building did not feel crowded. Beach area was great with chair rentals and life guard very close. The unit had every thing we needed.

Loved the location. Well priced, quiet beach and not overpacked with people. Extremely clean. I saw other posts that complained that it was dated, but you are renting for convenience, not buying. It had everything that we needed! Thank you!

Family vacation

The rental was clean and in a good location beds were comfy, however needed many updates, family room tv would just randomly shut off, and the outlets in the room were very few and spread out, the elevator was out 2 different times during our stay, actually got stuck on our way leaving to come home. We did have a wonderful vacation and made wonderful memories!

Condo was decent but many issues were found

Sliding door to balcony could hardly slide & eventually handle broke. Shower heads were awful but did get replaced. Spigot handles took 2 hands to pull out-very hard to use. Smoke detector went off every time you tried to cook anything. Coffee pot leaked onto counter-was replaced. Twin bed mattresses were bad. Many issues!! Won’t rent this condo again. Realtor was helpful to us

View Terrific, Condo Basic

This condo was basic but clean. In serious need of an update and beds are only marginally comfortable. Building, elevator & pool very well kept. The BIG selling point is the view from this unit -- south-facing with a long view of the lovely beach. Sliding door cranky & leaks wind; south windows leak rain badly during heavy wind & storms. But Hey, the view is stellar and the location great! Local management was nice & very easy to work with.

Great view but dilapidated.

The view, location, and management support was excellent but the condo is dated and a bit run down. Cons - Dated condo, appears to be original to the building, Wallpaper peeling off, twin bed mattresses in second bedroom are horrible, insanely bright lights from the huge building next door are on 24/7, loud motorcycle traffic with blaring radios. Pros- Great location right on the beach, condo was clean and equipped with basic cooking necessities. Great water pressure in showers. Management very responsive for maintenance issues.

Enjoyed the beachfront access but the beds were horribly uncomfortable. Kids couldn’t even sleep in the twins because they sunk down. Also the outside lights were so bright at night the mini blinds didn’t keep out light. Need to put up black out curtains

Long Weekend Stay

It was a good condo unit for a long weekend. The property was clean but could use some updating. Kitchen was not well equipped for significant cooking; no baking sheets and limited pots/pans. Beds were very comfortable. Overall a good unit for a long weekend but for a week or more we wouldn't stay in this unit.

A blessing for our family

Our family drove 8 hours to vacation in Myrtle Beach and when we arrived to the place we originally rented, we had to leave because of the conditions. We regrouped in a hotel room overnight and found this condo on VRBO which was thankfully available the next day. On a Sunday morning, outside of business hours, North Shore Realty who manage the property, kindly offered us an early check in and upgraded our unit at no cost due to the elevator being out of service. I couldn’t recommend them highly enough! You saved our vacation and we are so grateful!

Exactly what we were looking for.

We loved this cute little condo. So enjoyed the view we had. It was absolutely perfect. We seen Dolphins as we set on the balcony. It was the best vacation we have ever been on. Will definitely stay again.
