The bedroom count and space was great for us, as we had 11 total people and 2 of them were under 7, so the bunk beds were nice. The view was amazing and the kitchen well stocked. We got to enjoy the pool for 1 day and then it was shut down for the remainder of our trip (5 days left). The HOA said it was a filter and kept saying it would be fixed by the next day, but the pool turned brown by the time we left and was never fixed. The beds, literally every single one, was like sleeping on cardboard. A few of us ended up with back and hip pain from it. My mom ended up sleeping on the coach every night. We went to wash sheets one day and the bed protectors were soiled from previous stays. It didn’t look like they’ve been washed before at all. The washer and dryer had black mold in them. The pool table was in awful condition. The pockets were falling apart and balls falling out. The felt was so rugged and the sides were bent and falling apart.
