"It was my partners birthday weekend and we had booked tickets to events for the weekend and wanted something comfortable to come back to. The place was clean, little/no traffic in the surrounding area, very quiet neighborhood, and walking distance to quite a few things! The host was very communicative from the beginning and was available to chat whenever I needed! Would definitely stay here again, we had a great time."

"This was a great property for two families. There was lots of comfortable living space and the pool was large enough for two families to enjoy! Loved the decor and palm trees in the back yard."

"We loved staying at this Miami Villa. We were 12 for a bachelorette trip and there was more than enough room for us all to sleep comfortably. The space was even bigger in person!!! There are 5 bathrooms (including the one by the pool) which was perfect since we had so many girls who needed to shower/get ready for all our bach events. Can't recommend the property enough!"

"The property is not in active disrepair, though the sofa bed was damaged upon arrival. There was no communication about having it repaired or replaced during our stay, which meant we had two people sleeping on a broken sofa bed for lack of other space. The owner only communicated the check-in instructions an hour prior to the listed check in time, and gave a time an hour later than the site listed (4pm instead of 3pm). It's a relatively spacious place, and not too far from most amenities. Decent stay. Could be better. Likely won't stay here again."

"We stayed 4 nights this Thanksgiving. This was such a lovely rental and vacation experience. The property was spotless and perfectly updated and decorated. It felt really nice, but low fuss. Perfect rental house filled with all the amenities you’d need! We had a perfect stay with the best space for the family to bond and play. Great Grill and Outdoor seating by the pool. You did a great job furnishing the house and making everything so convenient. We will definitely return again. Management (Edgar) was super kind, supportive, and responsive. He gave us a tour of the property and available for questions anytime we had one. We are truly grateful Thank you so much for your hospitality! We look forward to returning again soon! 😎"
