"This is a very well-maintained property. The beds are comfy and the bathroom counter spacious. Even the grounds surrounding it are meticulous and there are sheltered tables outside. You’ll find numerous restaurants a short drive away and a Culvers a short walk away. We will definitely return! "

"Was given a ground floor room with a broken window (glass in window broken and barely in place); when I expressed concern to desk clerk (safety, noise) I was told that the management knew the window was broken but there was no other room to move me to and "it is safe around here." The mattress on the bed was visibly lumpy and sagging from where others slept - hard as a rock and miserable to sleep on. I will NOT be returning to this property."

"Perfect location to stay for parents with kids at University of Iowa. Clean, comfortable, and great staff. Parking garage was well lit and easy to access with room key. Hotel breakfast was great! Coralville river landing is a great area to stay with plenty of food, shopping and entertainment options."
