"10/10 recommend! Phyllis was an excellent hostess. Most of our time in the cottage was spent in the sunroom facing the ocean and the light house. Absolutely stunning views of the sunrise. The cottage backs up to Fox’s lobster house which concerned us at first. The crowd is low key and it closes early so it worked out. Highly recommend the lobster roll and blueberry pie at Fox’s! I enjoyed 4-5 mile runs each morning with a fantastic route through the neighborhood to long sands beach. This place...

"The location of Moot Point couldn't be better! Great Neck is a quiet enclave and very special because of the abundance of nature right in the neighborhood! Also a great jumping point to Cape Ann and other surrounding destinations. The cottage was clean and beds comfy. The hostess was very responsive and you can just tell that she cared that your vacation was satisfying and that your needs were met."

"Beautiful location with outstanding views. There are lovely outdoor seating options that include a fire pit. Indoors the seating is very limited. The configuration is different than the photo shown.There is now a black leather couch with a large matching ottoman blocking it that makes it a difficult to maneuver around. It wasn't a good match for two elderly people. There were no other chairs in the very small sitting room for a 3rd or 4th adult. This unit seems best suited for 2 adults only."

"I’ve been visiting York for the past fifteen years, and have stayed in a number of rentals. I don’t think I’ll ever find a better location than this house. The proximity to short sands and downtown is ideal, especially for those with kids. The owners were delightful and responsive. I have nothing but good things to say about our stay!"
