Wow, what a great property, new, clean, great location close to I75 as well as restaurants and shopping options. Room was quiet and well appointed. Will stay here again should I be in the area.

The staff were very nice, our room was clean and hotel is in a nice location. The only issue we had was the shower. There was barely any water pressure. There was no shower door, only a glass panel on one side. So all the cold air just came right in. There also was no vent so it became extremely foggy and there was condensation everywhere. We tried asking if they could fix the water pressure and they said they couldnt. Other than that it was a pleasant stay.

The TV was not working. We spoke with reception and they said they would send someone. Nobody showed. The sink faucet was damaged and turning sideways. The cleanliness of the room and hotel overall was excellent. The buffet breakfast is phenomenal! So many options and the fresh waffle are to die for!

Spent Christmas there. Hotel under renovation but would not have know but for chance encounter with some discrete very very polite workers (they explained what they were doing). The Hotel Staff was very helpful and ready to help with a big smile. Some of them are Michelle, Kelly (front) and Kelly (food). The (hot) breakfast and the snacks at the end of the day were very good. There was variety and we actually liked the breakfast. We used the pool and used the stovetop in the room for some...
