This 2-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom retreat is ideal for groups or families of up to four people. With one on-site parking space, unloading and loading your belongings is a breeze. As you enter the Mixson neighborhood, you'll be greeted by the calm, laid-back atmosphere, from moss-covered oaks to well-traveled walking trails that wind through the community. Amidst this greenery, you'll find The Marblehead in its blush glory, eagerly awaiting your arrival. After parking behind the home, you’ll walk around to the outdoor staircase leading to the grand front entrance and porch, the perfect spot to sip your morning coffee and watch the sunrise. Step inside the front door to a cozy living room featuring ample seating, a sizable HDTV, and an electric fireplace for those winter stays. Continuing down the hallway, you'll discover the combined kitchen and dining area, complete with a dining table and bar top seating. The kitchen is fully stocked with all your basic cooking and kitchenware necessities for your convenience. A half-bathroom is also located in the hallway, so you don’t have to go upstairs when spending time in the common areas. Upstairs, you'll find two bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom.
