Jul 4, 2020 Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy #### Run!!! terrible Rental Really terrible location in a sketchy area the house is run down looking nothing like the pics. the house across from it had it's windows boarded up. the businesses around the housed are either run down or empty and closed and they look like they have been closed for years. check it out with google street view before booking. also the owner canceled the booking while we were sitting in front of the house because she had double booked it on another site. she ignored all emails and phone calls from me and couldn't even be considerate enough to let us know that someone else was already staying in the house and we would have to find another place to stay. we had to contact home away and they refunded our money and we had to find a hotel. not exactly where we had been looking to stay but it was better than that house once we saw it we were glad to stay in a hotel instead. ##### Cynthia P.
