The condo is in a great location, nice neighborhood, close to lots of restaurants and activities. We had plenty of room and nice view of the pond - LOTS of wildlife! Every morning we watched geese, turtles and the gator while enjoying coffee on the patio. The only drawbacks - the patio and living room furniture really need cleaned or replaced, the neighbors upstairs stomping around and even doing laundry at midnight or after and the giant pothole where we had to park. ##### Karen F. The sliding door didn’t even have a handle to get outside. It was heavy and definitely a fire hazard if you needed to get out in a rush. The sliding door was also there without a screen. Look like they update the fixtures but not well maintained interior. I have to say that the beds were very comfortable and it was clean inside. My first experience renting an air b and b.
