"Honestly, don't think that the parking lot looks secure and the breakfast didn't have time to try it. Our room was too hot and we were not able to control the temperature. Since we got the room the thermostat was reading 50° F to be cold and it never got cold at all. We didn't even use the bed sheets since it never got cold."

"Very nice stay. Very clean and orderly. Professionally run. Easy access from all parking lot areas with room key. Room and bath were excellent. TV worked great. "

"The main complaint is that I reserved based upon the amenities that were NOT accessible. The pool and rooftop bar was closed for a private party. If I had known that, I would have stayed somewhere else. Don’t include an amenity that you are not going to honor. "

"When we went, outside of the hotel was being renovated. Free but limited parking at night. Our shower was leaking. However, the room clean, bed was comfy, and the view was amazing. Staff was nice. Despite some hiccups, we would stay here again. "

"First of all I just like to say that I was very satisfied with the morning staff.Derrick Winston and Sharol.it was my wife Birthday and our Anniversary they guided to all the nice restaurants and shopping area.it was our first time in Texas. We definitely will come again.but they made us felt welcome. But now on the other hand that night crew not all so pleasant it was kinda Disappointing so me personally u need to evaluate some of the night Crew that's hurting your business.which is sad because you are in a wonderful location "

"My family and I saw multiple bugs (roaches) during our stay. We felt very cautious to leave our luggage and bags opened and on the floor during our visit."
