« The restaurant/bar downstairs has live music until 230am that is very loud inside of the apartment. Loved the convenience of the shops and how everything was dog friendly. Parking is not paid, but was not crazy expensive either. »

« The place was nice and clean. I would have enjoyed having instructions in the unit instead of always going to my phone ALL the time. Parking is another issue!! Parking in back would have been so helpful!!!!! Thanks for sharing your place! »

« We loved our stay. The beds are super comfortable and it was extremely clean and cute. The only thing I would have liked is the blinds in the upstairs bathroom don’t close all the way down so didn’t feel completely private but that was a tiny issue. Everything else was absolutely perfect and amazing!! Close to cute shops and resteraunts. Loved our stay! »

« The location was great, the place was immaculate. I appreciated that there was coffee and cream when I got there so I didn't have to worry about it for the next morning if I didn't want to. I also appreciate the host putting a blender in the condo for me. This was a two-week stay and being able to make smoothies for breakfast made the whole stay much better. »

« Convenient location to get around greater Knoxville. Felt safe in the immediate neighborhood. Quick walk across the street to coffee or just a short walk to KBrew. Great pizza at A Dopo for dinner. Easy drive to UT campus. Addressed a few concerns with host and she was quick to respond. »

« The room was great. Everything was clean and beautifully decorated. The only issue was it says it sleep six and it has two bedrooms with two queen beds, but there’s no pullout couch. I was very surprised when I got there to find that out. I messaged the host several times with no response so I called the number provided and the lady said that she would put a message out and somebody would be in touch with me, but no one ever reached out to me. »

« Overall the unit was a great location, parking is suspect. There were alot of broken fixtures in the unit, including the coffee maker, the range vent lights, the shower door didn't close, the bathroom door doesn't lock, the bathroom baseboard were dirty and there was dirty tissues under one of the beds. Other than that, the stay was great and i'd like to stay here again if these items were repaired. »
