"Amy was wonderful to deal with. The house is perfect for a larger group. The elevator allowed us to bring our 85 year old mom who loved watching us on the boat from the cover porch. Several age groups were part of this trip and everyone loved their experience (not always easy to pull this off). The fire pit out back was great for the evenings. The highlight is the boat dock. "This is a nice place but if you have a a disability or are a senior citizen this may not be a place for you to stay. It is a hilly rough walk to the dock and back up. Even my grandchildren were out of breath. Also there were no washcloths in the entire place. No dishrags either."

"It was a big yard, plenty of room for the dogs to run. The inside was clean. We had plenty of towels, and we liked that it was semi stocked with spices, paper towels, coffee, garbage bags, laundry detergent, etc. There was plenty of room for our boat that we took to the lake everyday. The only downside was the lawn service came while we were there, and while they were respectful of our vehicles, they were still covered in lawn debris. "We loved the location to Tim's Ford Lake. It was a perfect pet friendly home. If you don't have pets it may not be the place for you....walking in the door you can smell pets have stayed here but for us it worked and we plan to stay at this location (if available) on our next trip to the lake."

"A great house to join together with my family from out of state. The house was. Clean and as described, well stocked and comfortable. The weather wasn’t great - but if it was, u easily could have seen us staying by the dock all day kayaking and using the SUP’s. Derrick communicated well. Definitely rent the golf cart. Also, the house itself is pretty quiet- the sound doesn’t travel room to room - which was nice with multiple families. "
