And at checkout no supervisor was available to remedy or correct it. The rooms were clean and up to date, but there wasnt an elevator (we had strollers). The breakfast had uncooked eggs, we complained, the chef threw the same eggs back on the grill, burnt the outside some more and the insides were still very runny. The dinner was better, however. People smoked weed and cigarettes in the halls, i dont know what else to say really, the place is mismanaged and are crooks."
