"Lamp didn’t work over the desk, hair dryer didn't work, room smelled bad, bath tub was in terrible condition, body soap was out, towels were stained and dirty looking, and room smelled like a smoke. I requested a pet friendly room not a smoking room. I've stayed here a couple times before and it has really gotten run down."

"The property was a cabin. It had the perfect decor for a cabin. It was clean. We had our dog with us. It had all the accessories needed. The front porch had a gate, so he did not need to be on a leash. The owners were accessible, if needed. This is 1/2 mile to Red’s boat launch. I have Verizon and could not make or receive calls. This has nothing to do with the property, but feel it should be mentioned. Internet worked fine. Norfork is a cute town. The brewery had wonderful wood fire pizza. The beer was pretty good too! "

"Temperature control was ok. Jacuzzi was actually pretty good but the wood on the steps and floor are failing due to water--doesn't look too safe. Needs to be replaced with vinyl planking--would make it easier to clean and more sanitary. The bathroom was terrible--needs repairs and redo--caulking, tile, controls, etc. Very bad. The room in general was poor--needs walls repaired and painted, electrical outlets replaced (the one by the window actually has a wire coming from UNDER the outlet cover. One highlight--the bed was pretty comfortable. I wasn't expecting very much but I was still disappointed. Won't stay here again. Sorry. Just honest."

"We kept hearing the jacuzzi tub running when we were not using it. We reached out to Brenda and they were down to fix in 5 minutes. Kitchen was stock to spices and small stuff you wouldn’t think to bring. She even made some homemade bread and 2 pies! All delicious! Our stay was great! Quiet and relaxing! "

"Toilet was plugged, staff offered me a plunger, fixed the next day but room was not cleaned. No Creamer or sweetener for coffee. AC had some noise. The breakfast was limited, omelets were fair, milk was tasteless and of poor quality limited yogurt options. Elevators worked some of the time. The check in manager was pleasant. I stayed at this property last year and was pleased however after this years fiasco I will not be back and will not use use this chain again."
