« We had a fantastic stay at Little Fin Cottage—everything was spotless, beautifully maintained, and exactly as pictured. The location is perfect—close to the beach and great restaurants, yet quiet and relaxing. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked, and the whole space felt cozy but updated. Check-in was easy, communication was smooth, and the little touches made a big difference. We’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it. »

« The cottage house was prefect in every way. The beds are so comfortable, very clean, kitchen equipped with anything you would need. My absolutely favorite was having my morning coffee with a view of the pond while the geese fly in! Thank you Matt for sharing this amazing & peaceful paradise! »

« All brand-new appliances, impeccably clean! Close to the beach. One level and no stairs which is great for the older folks! Beautiful rooms, bathrooms, floors! Not a very large house, but very cozy. I would say it sleeps 3 couples if sharing a room, or 3-4 people if not sharing (couch adds one). Nothing bad to say. Would rent again! »
