"The room was clean. The staff was very helpful. However, the property is very rundown. The continental breakfast is consisted of bread for toast coffee, juices, oatmeal, and waffles. The jelly was so old you couldn’t even get it out of the little packages. Coffee was awful. There is a lot of garbage on site when you open up your window. All you see is brush and garbage will not be staying here again. homeless people walking by screaming at all hours of the night."

"The bar was wonderful - loved the jazz band that was there on Sunday! The staff are attentive and helpful. Parking is great. And the hotel style is a great mix of cool and charming. It’s a great location to walk to restaurants and shopping, and because of that it can be noisy in the evenings especially on weekends - but it does quiet down and is just part of being in the middle of everything. Not a deterrent at all, but just something to be aware of (the hotel provides ear plugs, which work great!). I’ve stayed here three times now while visiting my daughter who goes to college in Bellingham, and I’m looking forward to staying there again!"
