Tucked among the evergreens at Snowater, this bright two bedroom, two bath condo offers a peaceful home base for up to four guests near Mt. Baker. Spend your days skiing, hiking, exploring alpine lakes or walking beside the Nooksack River, then return for a swim, a soak in the hot tub, a visit to the sauna or a quiet evening beside the fireplace.



With two heated indoor pools, hot tubs, recreation facilities and activities for all ages, Riversong Retreat is especially inviting when mountain weather changes the day’s plans.

THE LIVING SPACE



Oversized windows bring natural light and forest views into the vaulted living room. Settle into the comfortable leather seating, warm up beside the fireplace or enjoy a movie after a day on the mountain.



The open kitchen is connected to the living and dining areas, making it easy to cook while remaining part of the conversation. Granite countertops, stainless appliances and everyday kitchen essentials provide everything needed for relaxed breakfasts, trail lunches and comforting dinners at home.



Step onto the private balcony with a cup of locally roasted coffee and take in the surrounding evergreens. It is a peaceful place to begin the morning or slow down at the end of the day.



SLEEPING LAYOUT



Riversong Retreat sleeps up to four guests in two distinct sleeping spaces.



Upper Level Queen Bedroom



The upper level bedroom includes a queen bed and vaulted ceilings. One wall is open to the living room below, creating an airy loft style setting. Because the room is partially open, it does not have complete sound separation from the main living area.



A full bathroom and the home’s laundry area are located nearby on the upper level.



Main Floor Bunk Room



The cozy main floor bunk room includes twin-over-twin beds, games and a smart TV. This compact room has a sloped ceiling and does not have an exterior window, making it especially well suited to children or guests who enjoy a tucked away sleeping space.



A second full bathroom with a tub and shower is located just outside the bunk room.



SNOWATER AMENITIES



Guests receive access to Snowater’s extensive shared recreation facilities, including two heated indoor pools, hot tubs, a sauna, fitness facilities, game rooms, indoor courts, children’s play spaces and seasonal outdoor courts.



Outside, explore walking paths throughout the forested community, visit the Nooksack River, enjoy the playgrounds or gather for an outdoor meal in one of the community picnic areas.



The shared facilities offer plenty to do during rainy afternoons, rest days and evenings after exploring the mountains.

In winter, Riversong Retreat is an inviting basecamp for skiing and snowboarding at Mt. Baker. During the warmer months, hiking trails, river adventures, alpine lakes and scenic drives are all within reach.

Guests have access to the whole condo and Snowater's resort amenities.



The Neighborhood:

Snowater is a private, forested condominium community near Glacier, Washington, surrounded by the beauty of the Nooksack River and the foothills of Mt. Baker.



Set across 20 wooded acres with approximately 1,000 feet of Nooksack Riverfront, the community offers a peaceful setting for walking, relaxing and reconnecting with nature. River paths wind through the property and connect guests with the surrounding forest and nearby outdoor recreation.



Snowater is approximately 30 minutes from Mt. Baker Ski Area and provides convenient access to hiking, skiing, snowboarding, fishing, river activities and scenic drives along the Mt. Baker Highway.



Guests also enjoy access to an exceptional collection of shared amenities, including two heated indoor pools, hot tubs, a sauna, fitness facilities, game rooms, indoor courts, outdoor tennis and pickleball courts, playgrounds and open recreation areas.



The small community of Glacier is a short drive away, with local restaurants, coffee and basic services. Snowater offers a rare combination of peaceful mountain surroundings, river access and year round recreation.

Other Things to Note:

SLEEPING LAYOUT



The upper level queen bedroom has a loft style design with one wall open to the living room below. It is light and spacious, but does not offer complete sound separation from the main living area.



The main floor bunk room is cozy and compact, with twin-over-twin beds, a sloped ceiling and no exterior window. It is especially popular with children and guests who enjoy a tucked-away sleeping space.



WI-FI, STREAMING & CELL SERVICE



In unit Wi-Fi is DSL and typically ranges from approximately 1–5 Mbps. It is generally suitable for email and light browsing, but may not reliably support video meetings, gaming or simultaneous streaming.



Both Snowater clubhouses offer high speed Starlink internet for guests who need a stronger connection.



Smart TVs are provided for streaming, but guests will need to sign in using their own subscription accounts. Cell service can be limited throughout Glacier and the Mt. Baker area, depending on the carrier.



NO AIR CONDITIONING



Snowater does not permit air conditioning units to be installed in the condominiums, so this home does not have A/C.



DOG FRIENDLY STAY



Up to two dogs are welcome with a pet fee of $35 per dog, per night. We are unable to accommodate cats or other animals.



For everyone’s comfort, dogs must remain leashed throughout the community and are not permitted inside Snowater’s shared clubhouses or recreation buildings.



MOUNTAIN LIVING



Snowater is located in a rural mountain environment shared with wildlife. Please keep food and garbage secured and avoid leaving anything outdoors that may attract animals.



Mountain weather and road conditions can change quickly. During periods of snow or ice, please arrive in a vehicle appropriate for winter mountain travel and check current conditions before departure.



Power, internet and community amenities may occasionally be affected by storms, falling trees, maintenance or regional service interruptions.



EV CHARGING & FAMILY ITEMS



Snowater has shared EV chargers available for a fee through the community office. Please arrange charging directly with the Snowater office.



A pack-and-play and highchair are available upon request. Please request these items before arrival so our team can have them ready for your stay.
