We were in a top level room which was on the third floor - be aware there is no lift as you would expect staying in a heritage building. "The house and lovely shady park suited us very well as the weather was very hot. However the kitchen was far too small and inconvenient for a large number of people. We had problems with the pool, the water turned green and the cover jammed. These problems were dealt with very quickly by the manager."

"The historic home gave everyone their own space and plenty of activities. With loads of character and modern convenience we had everything we needed for a great summer holiday. With the weather being warm the pool was a welcome relief and had naturally warmed up to 23. The location was very central in burgundy and we had some great day trips. Highly recommended."

"This apartment was perfect for our Burgundy stay. We walked everywhere in town and on the outskirts too. The kitchen is modern and well equipped and the rooftop deck is attractive and has a nice rooftop view. Free, patrolled, parking (Bretonnière) is a 7 minute walk. "Bernard was very accommodating and provided a very clean and well equipped house to stay in. The downside was that the outside area felt like a building site. There was a half finished pond and decking area. The area around the pool is unfinished concrete as well. It is within walking distance to Santaney, but does mean it is on the main road. These things were tricky with young children and not clear on the listing."

"Un très bon séjour au sein de ce logement ! Fred est très sympathique et le logement était parfaitement adapté pour la famille (petit bémol sur le manque de casseroles mais c'est un détail). Nous y étions tellement bien que nous sommes finalement très peu sorti du logement ! L'extérieur est bien aménagé, les équipements de loisirs sont présents et la maison est grande et confortable.
