« I had the beach efficiency with partial view of beach. It was VERY nice and clean. The decorations were nice and the view of the beach was amazing! There was plenty of patio furniture and the chairs, tables and umbrellas were very nice. Gas grills were in good condition too. I would love to return here in the future. »

« We really enjoyed the property. The location is a very close to the public beach and we had several groups set up on the private property during the holiday weekend. Luckily, the other units in the building weren't using the beach so it didn't cause a problem, but it easily could have if all six units were trying to use the beach. « If this location were anywhere else, it would only be a 4-star accommodation. However, this happens to have a beach as it's backyard, so the extra star is earned. I will say the property was very clean, check in was a breeze, and there was no noise or issues from the other guests. It was also an unexpected perk to have access to beach chairs and umbrellas. Unfortunately we found the beds pretty uncomfortable and there was evidence of a big water leak on the ceiling in the screened in porch....

« When I booked this place, it did not indicate they were under renovation. Since we were the only one staying there, they put us in one of the renovated rooms, but still needs some things to complete. Like a Chest of drawers to put your clothes in there was no place to put clothes other than on the shelf and there were no hangers. « Everything was as listed. There were 3 beach chairs available when we stayed, but they were starting to fall apart. We didn’t use any amenities available on-site, instead opting to go to the public beaches. Highly recommend taking the free buses downtown / to the beach to avoid the parking fees and congestion! »
