One thing I didn’t like were the 2 gas grills outside, the igniter didn’t work on either one , I used the grill on the right side which I had to lite with a lighter, then I had to turn the gas off to put out the burners. There’s also 1 charcoal grill there that needs to go to the dump. They do have plenty of nice furniture outside. Overall it is a very nice place to stay. ##### william r. Only a few yards from the beach. Beach chairs and towels were available to us. We had a pet-friendly apartment so we could bring our small dog, which was nice. Negatives: There is a laundry room, but I think locks were recently changed and new keys were not available to us. I really just wanted to wash a few things on the last day, but wasn't desperate so it was okay this time. Space between the apartment and beach could be a little more tidied up, less weedy and some odd things in the sand. Be sure to bring your own shampoo, soap, body lotion etc. And also coffee, tea or anything to get you by on the first day because there were none of those items. I think they are still updating a lot of things, so I think it's all a work in progress, but overall we were very happy for our four-night stay. ##### Roseann S.
