« Sapphire Heaven is a very relaxing mountain cabin with well apportioned high-end kitchen and bath amenities. The unique specialites were much appreciated. These included the outdoor fireplaces with firewood, screened porch, and outdoor spa area. We were on a mission to provide our grandson some time to rest and re-charge between a very busy senior year and an even busier summer and fall. Sapphire Heaven was a big hit with him. He loved everything about the rustic vibe and decor of the home...

« We had a weekend planned for our son’s birthday but it rained for weeks leading up to the trip. The lake was in bad shape with a lot of debris in the coves, but with the pedal boat we were able to make it to the dock and go out on our boat. Despite the high waters we enjoyed the stay. The house is well equipped for anything we need. We always love our stays at the Ruby! »

« The display picture of the cabinetsakes it look un inviting at 1st but the place is so clean and welcoming especially for families. I love the feature where you can walk into the washroom with dirty/wet clothes abs not risk tracking it through the house. It was amazing to stay up from the road and not hear the little amount of traffic on the highway. We even got to witness a KillDee family hatch their babies. »

"Cela fait deux hotels du groupe Whyndam en deux jours ou je passe une tres mauvaise nuit. Je me suis fait avoir par la nite sur hotels.com qui semblait tres convenable. La chambre etait en tres mauvaise etat et etait sale. Tapisserie qui se decroche, la ventilation de la salle bain qui se déclenchait avec la lumière ainsi que la climatisation faisaient tellement de bruit que je n'ai pas pu les utiliser. Etat de propreté de la chambre inacceptable. Voir photos ci-joint. Je serais reconnaissant si vous faites un geste commercial suite à ces nuits "
