"This is a truly unique property in a beautiful, peaceful setting. We stayed in a junior suite and enjoyed the tranquility. We did have a/c in our room, along with a mini fridge and kettle. The service, food and beer were amazing. My only complaint was that the pool was not yet open for use during our stay. "We stayed, 2 couples, for a week in Stefano's guest apartment in the village of Mosciano. The apartment is on the ground floor of an antique stone building and has a very large and well equipped kitchen, a bedroom with en suite bathroom, a second bedroom and an additional bathroom. "Lovely, modern hotel just outside of the historic centre of Perugia. Our room was very comfortable with a spacious bathroom. Onsite car parking for a reasonable fee was a very useful facility. The historical centre was a short walk away; the climb to the centre is made easier with the use of a number of escalators."
