"Beds are terrible, room was old with multiple outlets not working. Wifi in room needs improvement. View and beach bar was great. No chair service to enjoy the beach. Overall would not stay again. "

"The room had a leak, we had to leave our room at 11:30pm and wake up our 3 young children. No manager has been available to discuss reimbursement with. Very disappointed in the guest services and lack of response."

"Room was clean. I couldn't get 2 extra blankets though when needed. Person at front desk told me I could they would call my room when ready, but later called and said there weren't any available. Never stayed at a hotel where I couldn't get an extra blanket. I was a bit upset about that. They did try to accommodate me to the best of their abilities by giving me extra sheets but I was still a bit disappointed. The pools/pool areas were great. Great atmosphere as well. I went during Spring break so it was a bit noisy. Unattended teens/kids running up and down the hallways screaming and making ALOT of noise, but other than that everything was great. I would stay here again, and definitely would reccomend to family and friends! You get your money's worth. "
