The hotel was generally clean, and the suite was large and comfortable. However, the dark paint colors on the walls made the room feel a bit gloomy, and there was a slight humidity smell. The staff was friendly, and the location was great. The only negative point was that the sheets for the sofa bed had a strong unpleasant odor, as if they had not been changed for some time. To be fair, I did not ask the staff to replace them, so the issue may have been easily resolved. Overall, we had a...

Chambre impeccable. Très bon service

We had a nice stay at this hotel! The location was perfect for us, more in a quiet place and the beach access was less crowded than the one located directly in Myrtle beach. Breakfast was very nice too.

Breakfast was great, staff very friendly, clean rooms. Would stay again:)

We loved our second time at the Avista. The condo, amenities and especially our favourite staff member Coach. We also want to thank Bryan for going above and beyond to store our luggage and the girl working the restaurant the evening of 26/08/26 for giving us sugar packets as we ran out on our last night.

The lady at the front desk was wonderful .The room was clean and comfortable.

Very modern and clean. Jet tub in our room was wonderful. Bathroom pristine and spa like. Close to all the Big Cat golf courses and quaint Little River waterfront for a shrimp dinner. Lots of Happy Hour choices.

Our room was better than expected! We loved watching the waves from the balcony. The breakfast was better than most with the hot items served by staff. We would definitely stay here again

Hotel was clean, rooms were excellent.

The staff was very nice, very courteous, and professional. I would recommend the hotel and come back there as well.

Amazing view!!

great service, cleanliness, amenities are awesome. all staff really friendly. great location and beach. underated in my opinion should be 5 stars

Stayed at this hotel last year. It has aged 5+ years in just 1 year. The hotel looks amazing from the outside that is. Inside, hallway carpets have bulges everywhere, carpet installation required to stretch the bulges. Maintenance is lacking. Food felt like Groundhog Day… same thing every morning. There wasn’t even peanut butter! What??? Service was impeccable though. Area very safe and quiet. BW is a great hotel. Don’t shame it. Please maintain the inside as much as the outside.

Wonderful beach, helpful staff, very comfortable beds. Nice upgrade to have a sea view. An excellent choice for anyone.
