We did not use the small kitchen, but it included a microwave and small refrigerator which was nice. The private hot spring was nice as well. The beds were a little hard and one pillow was given for each of us. The property doesn’t have a lot of walkable restaurants or places to shop. We used our car to get around so it wasn’t an issue for us. My biggest complaint was the noisy guest above our room who was very active and noisy until 1:30am keeping us awake. We had a two story apartment with the garage. Very modern, convenient and fully stocked with necessities. Truly a wonderful experience. The location does require a car if visiting Nikko, otherwise one could walk to local dining options, yet during our stayI may many were closed by 7\. No rubbish bin correction and vacuum or mop or anything. So whatever mess you makes, you need to dare for the whole your stay. Kitchen is very small. so more for just heat-up and eat.
