A Quiet House on the Côte d'Azur

  • Quiet family villa in Cagnes-sur-Mer, completely refreshed (summer 2026), halfway between Nice and Cannes. Two bedrooms + luxurious master suite for 5 to 7 people. Open fitted kitchen with island, air conditioning, high-speed wifi, garden with unobstructed views of the hills, terrace with barbecue, garage parking.

    The swimming pool: this is the large swimming pool of the residence, only 50 metres from the villa. The residence has very few inhabitants, so the pool is often empty and not overlooked. You can enjoy a large pool maintained all season long: much more pleasant than a small private pool!

    Beaches and attractions 5 minutes away by car. Family home: parties prohibited, silence on the terrace from 10 p.m. Arrival 2 p.m., departure 11 a.m.
