Aug 13, 2022 Liked: Communication, location, listing accuracy Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in #### Extrêmement décevant, prestations médiocres, propreté insuffisante. Arrivée : Emménagement avec plus de deux heures de retard car le nettoyage n'était pas terminé. Nous dûmes de plus accepter une demi-journée supplémentaire de nettoyage pour le lundi suivant pour la cuisine. Etat des lieux: toutes les pièces sont volumineuses et claires, grandes et nombreuses portes et baies vitrées. Cuisine : meubles très anciens (sauf réfrigérateur), équipement en partie insuffisant pour 10 personnes. La pièce demande être rénovée. Rangements non pratiques. Portes des placards potentiellement dangereux. Salle à manger : Table prévue pour 6 personnes. (Rallonge à utiliser). Réquisition nécessaire de chaises d'autres endroits. Autres pièces à vivre : Une lampe défectueuse dans le salon et prise de courant sortie du mur dans la véranda. Chambres à coucher : Trois chambres sans placard. (seulement un petit porte-manteau). Le propriétaire fit immédiatement installer de petites penderies et une commode. Dans une des chambres, prises de courant également mal fixées avec fils électriques apparents. Salles de bains : Plafond de la douche de la salle de bains au niveau inférieur largement recouvert de moisissures. Fut nettoyé avec un produit chloré le lundi suivant notre installation. Humidité au niveau inférieur: odeur d’humidité constatée au cour de l'emménagement. Lors de notre séjour: eau qui goutte des plafonds et coule le long des murs du couloir ainsi que dans deux chambres. Nécessité de déplacer un lit. Sol et murs mouillés en permanence (heureusement prises de courant hors du mur à l'opposé). En conséquence obligation fréquente d'arrêter le climatiseur de la pièce à vivre cause de la fuite. Extérieur : grand jardin, agréable et parfaitement entretenu, garage. Vue sur la mer au loin. Piscine inférieure suffisamment dimensionnée et propre. Par contre, cuisine extérieure adjacente absolument inutilisable et très sale. Interdiction faite par le propriétaire d'utiliser le barbecue à gaz qui s’y trouvait. Petit grill électrique livré à notre demande. Env. 60 marches irrégulières entre l'habitation et la piscine inférieure. Piscine supérieure quasiment toujours inutilisable à cause de micro-organismes se formant dans l'eau suite à une pompe défectueuse (selon le technicien de maintenance). Déjections de chauves-souris installées juste à l'extérieur d'une porte coullisante de la véranda que nous avons du condamner. Résumé: sérieuses améliorations absolument nécessaires. ##### Yves B.
