The rooms are spacious and beautifully decorated. The online pictures are very accurate. The location is superb, on the water and walking distance from everything in Nice. We enjoyed opening the window and listening to the sea. Out front is the water/promenade. To the rear is the market & many shops/restaurants-bars. Outside the back door are a wine shop (Cote Vin) & amazing pastries/coffee (La boulangerie-patisserie Jeannot). The rooms are spacious and well decorated. 2 King bedrooms and a double queen is perfect for families with teens/kids or grandparents. The check-in/out was very easy.
