Manque d'entretetien pour les espaces exterieurs, et equipements abimés. ( certains transats deteriorés, baches pour faire l'ombte inutilisable). Problèmes d'odeurs et d'evacuation d'eau au niveau des chambres du rez de chaussée.Structure très agreable pour les pièces communes
