This large Studio is located on the third floor of one of the very rare buildings recently constructed in a completely historic district. Note that the building has no lift. But accessibility via the 50 steps of the staircase is very easy.

Just located 100 metres from the beach, the Cours Saleya and its famous daily market, the famous Promenade des Anglais, the apartment is also 5 minutes from the tram lines, bus lines and the shopping district of Jean Médecin Avenue and Paradis Street with its luxurious boutiques. The station is 15 minutes' walk or three tram stops away to explore the Riviera.



Stay



The large main air-conditioned room is open to a lovely garden and its building facades with pastel colours.



The stay is decorated in bright and neutral tones. The furniture is all velvety in white and pastel shades. The comfort of the place and its great tranquility make it a rare location.



The living room will accommodate two people on its large sofa bed, a coffee table, a television.

Cooking



Open to the living room, the all-white kitchen deserves to receive your cooking talents. Truly ideal for preparing the magical transformation of your market, you will discover the preparation and storage space, a dishwasher, an oven, a microwave, four cooking plates and a large refrigerator/freezer.



The night



The large sofa is convertible into a large double bed, two wall-mounted bedside tables and reading lamps, an independent double wardrobe and air conditioning.



The bathroom



Discover the personal bathroom, comfortable and functional. It features an Italian-style shower, a toilet and a washbasin, and its washing machine.

How to get to my accommodation in Nice upon arrival



I chose to arrive by air



Upon arriving at the airport, a wide range of transport options are available to you to get to your apartment:



The tram - The best market: Line 2 will depart in front of terminals 1 & 2, serves the entire city on the Sea Side, from the airport to Nice Port, in 25 minutes. All stations pass through Fabron, Grosso & Gambetta for the Flowers district, Alsace Lorraine and Jean Médecin for the Musicians, Gold or Masséna districts, the Pin district and finally the Port district.

A connection with line 1 is made at JEAN MÉDECIN Station.

A connection with line 3 is made at GRAND ARÉNAS Station.



Taxis: The most direct: They are present at each terminal 1 & 2. 15 minutes will be enough to drop you directly at your apartment. There is an official fixed rate that must be applied + the baggage rate. Make sure to inform yourself well and specify it to the driver; he cannot refuse it. Normally, the cost is payable by credit card.



The bus: The shuttle to the airport (bus 98) is both cheap and convenient. It runs every twenty minutes during the day and will drop you off in the city centre, near Nice Thiers Station.



I chose to arrive by train



The tram - The best market: To get to line n°1, exit to the left of the station and go down towards Thiers Avenue until Jean Médecin Avenue (indicated by signage). Trams pass every five minutes and the ticket has a low cost. Line 1 serves the centre and the two northern districts of Nice.

A connection with line 3 is made at GRAND ARÉNAS Station.

A connection with Line 2 (Airport / Port) is at JEAN MÉDECIN Station.



Taxis: The most direct: 15 minutes will be enough to drop you directly at your apartment. There is no fixed package. The driver must mandatorily activate his meter before leaving the station. You will only have to pay the fare displayed upon arrival + the luggage rate. Make sure to inquire and specify this to the driver; he cannot refuse it. Normally, the cost is payable by credit card.

Do not forget to have the complete address ready to be given to the driver.



I chose to arrive by car



There is always a public car park near your place of residence. The rate is:



• On time

• Per 24-hour day

• Per week

• Per month



It may prove to be more interesting to pay for a week rather than per day for stays longer than 4 days, and so on. Check the rate grid carefully at the parking entrance or go to the security post as soon as you are parked.
